Buying a house or re-mortgaging can be a very expensive time, there seems to be outlay with every move you make, survey and valuation costs, legal fees, arrangement fees, higher lending charges and so on. However the good news is you no longer have to include brokers fees into the equation.

Unlike some other mortgage brokers, Clear Mortgage Solutions UK simply doesn't believe in charging clients a brokers fee for our service. Brokers like us receive money from the lender on the completion of a mortgage, but some choose to charge clients extra for set up costs. At CMS UK, we feel that at such an expensive time you shouldn't have to pay a brokers fee and we have a plenty of happy clients who will vouch for the savings they made thanks to our decision not to charge a broker fee.

Surely you get what you pay for?

We offer over 4,000 mortgage products sourced from whe whole of the market, including building societies and specialist finance houses. Our level of service has to be excellent; because we don't charge any brokers fees we rely heavily on our clients recommending us to their friends, family and work colleagues. We can’t expect to be recommended if our service isn’t anything but first class.

We do not charge a fee for mortgage advice. However, we do offer a purely fee based option of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount.
