Why is there no broker fee?
Unlike other mortgage brokers, Clear Mortgage Solutions UK simply doesn't believe in charging our clients a broker's fee for our service. On completion of a mortgage, brokers like us receive money from the lender, but some choose to charge extra for set up costs. At CMS UK, we feel you shouldn't have to pay a broker's fee and we have many happy clients who will vouch for the savings they made thanks to our decision not to charge a broker fee.
We do not charge a fee for mortgage advice. However, we do offer a purely fee based option of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount.
